Recommended 2000 calorie diet is making me FAT !!!

FDA and other sources that you see, recommend or calculate based on a 2000 calories per day diet.

All the food you eat, has to be consumed or worked out by you. Any that i not consumed is stored as FAT in body for later use.

So how much is each calorie worth ?

Do consume each calorie, you have to walk it out or do equivalent work to burn it.

1 calorie = 20 steps (walked)

2000 calories = 40,000 steps.

If you have a desk job like me, when the hell do i walk 40,000 steps ? No wonder i am FAT and getting more FAT every day.  WTF  !!!!

Now to loose all that fat, its going to take more to burn it, as its all solid calories.

1 gram of fat  = 9 calories = 180 steps

250 grams of fat =  2250 calories =  45,000 steps

So to burn 1 pound of body fat, I need to walk 10,000 steps ( roughly 5 miles ) , each week ( 5 days a week ) .

So to start, first, I need to reduce my calorie intake to half of recommended, to about 1000 calories.

Next, to walk 5 miles daily or do 1 hour intense exercise, to burn those extra fat cells, that have accumulated over many years.

Hopefully, if I keep myself motivated and don't quit , i can shed those extra pounds in couple of years.

I hope FDA will change the calories intake recommendations and  tell all to eat less !!!

If you are athlete like Mike Phelps, you can eat 10,000 calories, but you are not. so don't !! :)
